I’m a renter- but the owner and myself used AAAC Wildlife Removal for BATS in our roof/attic. They came in and gave us a free estimate and were very thorough. They went around the entire house, in our attic, took pictures and explained everything that is happening (and has happened- previous raccoon invader lol). They had to wait for Aug 15, when the bats pupping season was over- but they came back and sealed 90% of the house (and fixed a few flaws on the house which allowed larger animals), and after 09/15 added excluder tubes to the area the bats were going in and out. We’ve left those tube up for a few weeks and they just returned to remove the tubes, seal up the rest of the house, and went to the attic to spray an enzyme treatment to break down all the urine and feces. They have a 1 year warranty on their work and the sealing stuff they use is good for 10 years. They have done a great job and we couldn’t be more thankful. They also took care of a ground yellow jacket nest for me that I wasn’t aware was even there. Thankfully no one was stung while cutting grass. They offer full service with removal of the old insulation and blowing new stuff in. While we also appreciated that estimate and were hoping Homeowners would help with that cost- they ultimately didn’t so we will need to wait for that to be done after the enzyme treatment works. They explained the dangers of everything, and how things work. We couldn’t be more thankful for the service AAAC wildlife removal provided for us. My family and dogs feel much safer knowing we are BAT FREE! I will absolutely use them in the future for any wildlife removal we may need. Super happy customers! Thank you again!!! **REMINDER- Bats only need a space 3/8 of an inch thick to get into your house! It’s craziness! The circle in the photo is where they had entered. The photos are before and after. They show the problem side of the house- but they sealed the entire way around the house to make sure they could not find any other way inside**
